Spelt baked goods
My daughter, Sarah, has taken over the vegan baking. She grinds the local organic spelt grain we purchase into flour right before baking. This results in an alive flour that allows you to eat the products still containing active nutrients. In addition, she doesn't sift out the bran giving you even more nutrition and a resulting nutty flavor to the baked goods. All our baked goods are allergen friendly due to Sarah's history of food allergies. We do not add dairy, eggs, nuts or soy to any of our baked goods.
Currently Sarah bakes spelt sandwich bread, spelt panini bread, purple corn bread, spelt cinnamon rolls and spelt chocolate chip cookies. All are vegan/allergen friendly as specified above.
